AFAIK the core system comes with Bind/named installed as Bind 8.3.3 (on
FBSD 5.0R anyway). It looks like maybe you installed Bind 9.2.2 from the
ports collection (?) IN ADDITION so that you now have two versions
running on this box.

I think you might have to do a make world and provide a line or two to
/etc/make.conf to tell the system NOT to use the builtin Bind 8.3.3.
(sorry, don't know the proper command/switch offhand) Otherwise,
pkg_delete the port version and just stick with the default 8.3.3.

I've only ever used the builtin version of Bind so perhaps someone less
newb than me can give you more comprehensive, accurate and/or easier
directions to help you out further.
