Its pretty easy, once you know how. Edit the file /etc/mail/aliases. Its a pretty self-explanatory file. Lines beginning with # are ignored. Once you're done, save the file and type "newaliases" from the prompt. Do all of this while logged in as root or while using su. (Using su is generally the better idea, BTW.) That's it.
