I've played around with one of Arnin's pubbox.net account, and it is very good at catching spam without false positives. It should be noted though that he's using bogofilter with some additional OCR handling (details on the pubbox.net site). Without some use of OCR, Bogofilter isn't much good on catching the latest image spams.
