They have no connection to each other.  Postfix is software used to
deliver emails between servers, and IMAP is a user protocol for reading
a mailbox.  Install imap-uw, courier-imap, cyrus-imapd, dovecot, or any
of the other imap servers in ports I'm too lazy to type into this
message.
