If the attempt to merge linux_base-{6,7} fails, I am thinking of
enhancing brandelf to allow us to specify an "abi" which would be rh6,
rh7, debian, etc... imgact_elf would then use the correct bits under
/compat/{rh6,rh7,debian,etc...}.
