>Description:

The man page for syscons(4) makes clear that the console driver already has
the capability to ``scroll'' the text of the currently selected virtual
console forward and backwards. It does this via a combination of the
ScrollLock key and then the PageUp/PageDown or Up/Down arrow keys.

It would be Nice if the console driver could also be induced to perform
line-by-line up/down scrolling via the scroll wheel on a wheeled mouse,
as in an xterm window under X.
