Hey, afi

Check out SMART_HOST in /usr/src/contrib/sendmail/cf/README

The change doesn't go in freebsd.submit.mc, but in freebsd.mc.  Or
<hostname>.mc, if you've already tweaked it before

SMART_HOST is the upstream smtp server where all outgoing email is
sent.
