other problems - under high traffic (many different connection, not one) there are problems. looks like random packet loss turning off txcsum, rxcsum fixes the problem. actually under anything, i googled a bit and found this card doesn't work well in other OS too re0: <RealTek 8168B/8111B PCIe Gigabit Ethernet> port 0xc000-0xc0ff mem 0xf9000000-0xf9000fff irq 17 at device 0.0 on pci3 what (not too expensive) PCIe gigabit NIC is tested and works fine under freebsd? my board has 2 PCI slots, two used.
