bsd.init.mk also includes ${.CURDIR}/../Makefile.inc.  If this
is the right thing for bsd.port.mk-driven makefiles, please
change that to bsd.init.mk.  NetBSD includes bsd.own.mk in
their bsd.pkg.mk.
