What exactly is Smartfilter?  If it comes in source-code form, you
could probably just natively compile it for FreeBSD.  If not, and it
is something as simple as a Squid redirector module, get the Linux
binary and run it using the Linux compatiblity in FreeBSD.  Since
redirector modules do nothing but take input on STDIN and spit an
answer out STDOUT, there shouldn't be any problem using the Linux
binary with Squid compiled for FreeBSD.
