Thanks Ernst ! Here are the ports that I've come across that exhibit this
problem:

/usr/ports/www/jakarta-tomcat
/usr/ports/www/jakarta-ant
/usr/ports/www/mod_jk

I notice that other ports do use javavmwrapper as a dependency, maybe I was
just unlucky :)
