I have the same sympthoms on a similar machine! After a few ( 3 - 3,5 hours) the thing reboots. Just like Brian... the machine ran from 3.0 to 3.4 stable perfectly. Any ideas?? At this point I'm thinking in that the problem have some relation to the network card driver modifiactions in this release. Tomorrow I'll try another card, maybe one Intel Ether Express Pro 100 here it is the dmesg of this machine. Copyright (c) 1992-2000 The FreeBSD Project.
