If you mean 'regular BBS' where people telephone in to your machine,
then I would recommend you do a search at yahoo or similar for
bbs&software.
On the other hand you can just check out one or more of the following :-

http://www.ccdweb.com/bbsref/
http://www3.pgh.net/~nds/sysop/
http://www.vpdev.com/wwell/

they should lead you on by following the lnks. Several Unix BBS's are
available, a couple have native FreeBSD ports.
If you mean Internet BBS, then these links may help as well.
