Previously I've reported a problem about seamonkey and the "loading" icon on 
tabs.

Now I've noticed that many animated gif aren't working on both seamonkey and 
firefox, so I think that's related to the other problem
Look for example at this:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/skins/custom/images/mozchomp.gif
Instead of being animated it's blinking. I've tested that on 2 different 
machines.
Epiphany is display the same animated gif correctly.
