Tim's ban was only temporary... his two-week probation period is over.  He
did post a very nice and contrite apology to freebsd-newbies, and I do
take it at face value.

They appear to be doing some things with the mailing list software, to
prevent people from cross-posting to multiple lists, and the weird headers
appear to be one of the side effects of this...
