Isn't it the case that LIB_DEPENDS searches in the ldconfig
directories? If it is like I remember (and described in the last
sentence), then this can be fixed by searching for the linux ports
which utilize USE_LDCONFIG instead of using INSTALLS_SHLIB, or which use
"some" ldconfig (the linux ldconfig has to be used and it has to chroot
into the LINUXBASE, INSTALLS_SHLIB does the right thing).
