hi, your card is recognized as:

pcm0: <Envy24 audio (Generic)>

instead as the correct:

pcm0: <Envy24 audio (M Audio Delta 66)>

and thus the wrong initialization of the card is done.

so, check if your snd_envy24.ko has support for M-Audio Delta 66:

strings snd_envy24.ko | grep Delta

if Delta 66 is not listed in the output then you just need to update
the driver, otherwise the problem is something more complex, because
your card reports correct device IDs for M-Audio Delta 66:

SubVendorID: 0xd632, SubDeviceID: 0x1412

and then it should be recognized as M-Audio Delta 66. in any case mail
what your checks show.
