FWIW - My mistake of logging a local import back to this list was
caused by my attempting to import sources into the same local CVSROOT 
where my cvsup'ed FreeBSD repository resides. log_accum.pl and 
friends are part of the distributed repository and thus worked as 
they were expected to.

I'm more careful now... :-)
