I meant, install FreeBSD instead of Windows. Yes Windows will destroy everything if it's loaded last. Always load Windows first in a partition, Linux would be next in it's own partition, then FreeBSD in it's own partition. That's 3 partitions total, Linux loader would be put in the same partition as Linux, then FreeBSD Boot-Strap Loader would be put in MBR, and could boot all 3.
