Yes, it appears that your secondary master is the only drive using DMA
mode. I'm guessing the primary master will work fine, albiet slow.

Could be, I'm not familiar with that mobo. Also, try switching the
cables (it's obvious the secondary cable is ata compliant) and see if
the error switched from primary master to secondary master.
