adjkerntz screwed up the DST adjustment here in a novel way this year.
The local DST rule changed from "Mar Sun >= 1" to "Mar lastSun". The
timezone files were updated on freefall 7 hours (+-1 :-) after the
bogus "Sun >= 1" came into effect, and I didn't update my /etc/localtime
files until much later, so adjkerntz bogusly adjusted my hardware clocks
at about 3:01am on Sunday 3.
