Short answer: no!

Longer answer: If the slice is not currently used by DOS/Windows, you
can delete any logical drives on it can be deleted in DOS FDISK and
then you can use the FreeBSD installation (sysinstall) package to
re-type the partition (slice) as type 165, FreeBSD and you can install
there.
