That's a good idea.  But I would want the MAINTAINERS to opt in as 
well.  For now, they could subscribe to the "Maintainer notification" 
report.

I suggest that the service eventually become non-opt-in so that all 
committers and maintainers are automatically notified of errors found 
by FreshPorts.  But that would not happen without FreeBSD project 
support.  It's up to you folks to tell me you want that.
