>Description:
New package for octave-forge - octave-forge-nlwing2

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:

Absolutely no hurry for this port - we can wait until the ports freeze is over.

After it is installed, I will appropriately modify octave-forge to include
this.

XThe octave-forge package is the result of The GNU Octave Repositry project,
Xwhich is intended to be a central location for custom scripts, functions and
Xextensions for GNU Octave. contains the source for all the functions plus
Xbuild and install scripts.
X
XThis is nlwing2.
X
XThis package allows efficient computation of nonlinear aerodynamic properties
Xof a wing. It employs 2D section data to build a 3D potential vortex model of
Xthe flow. It uses a robust Euler-Newton method to track the change of flow
Xvorticity quantities as the angle of attack progresses.
