John,

some time back, Robert Watson was asking if this is still an issue with
a recent version of FreeBSD. As I'm regularly browsing through open,
unresolved issues, I found your two year old problem report still (since
2008-03) being unanswered.

As pre-6.3 systems will be EOL'd soon, we need to know if this is still
a problem with a recent release.

If this issue is still a problem you're facing, please let us know and
we'll be happy to re-open this ticket (as stated in my closing message).

I'm really sorry for confusing you, but we need to get feedback. If this
is still a problem, I'll try to recreate it and retrieve information for
debugging this. Please understand we cannot afford the time to work on
outdated issues.

Please CC bug-followup@ for any PR relevant responses so we have your
followup recorded in the ticket.

Thanks!

Volker
