Isearched for the following in the current and hacker archives but I didn't find a match. >From a CURRENT kernel built today, I get: Interrupt storm detected on "IRQ15": ata1; throttling interrupt source acd0: WARNING - MODE_SENSE_BIG interrupt was seen but taskqueue stalled This is on an ASUS A7V600 board at latest BIOS level with Athlon XP 2800+ and 512 MB of memory. A CURRENT kernel from April 8 boots just splendidly. The May 5 kernel will boot with ACPI off. Can anyone explain what's going on here, and offer perhaps a hint for a fix. -- Derek Tattersall | Expense Accounts, n.: Corporate food stamps. | dlt@mebtel.net | | dlt666@yahoo.com |
