The devel/perforce port tries to install the i386 binaries on alpha.
It's also spamming my shared distfiles directory with i386 binaries.

Either mark the port as i386 only or install the r99.1 FreeBSD-alpha Version.
And maybe put the distfiles into something like perforce/i386.
