The SVN diff to the revision before is only:

but there was a change in July this year re/ 'USES=libtool':

net/openldap24-*:
- Convert to USES=libtool and bump dependent ports
- Avoid USE_AUTOTOOLS
- Don't use PTHREAD_LIBS
- Use MAKE_CMD

The commit message says something about ports 'net/openldap24-*'...
