I've got a desktop PC (not laptop) with APM bios version 1.1.  When I type
zzz, the system suspends, but I can't seem to find the key combination to
wake up the system.

Maybe a special switch (hardware) is needed?  I read where FreeBSD's apm
interface doesn't yet support configuring suspending the display
separately from other components.
