Hi,

We also use the same ZNYX cards in some boxes and experiencing the same problems. (I didn't get any TCP througput above approx 40 Mbit/s ever.)
NetBSD which is using the same driver also is suffering from the same problem.
Under Linux the cards work fine, but thats another driver.

I think it is some bug in the de driver which causes these problems. I will get the driver form ZNYX a try on my 3.4-STABLE system to see wat will happen.
