The c-runtime library is NOT the same as the kerberos lib.

The error message says that the machine where the package generation has
been done on was running kerberos and that your machine doesn't.
Quick fix :
- either recompile popper from the ports tree on **your** machine
- or fetch an updated package from Freebsd
