AFAIU, You need software to measure QoS for FBSD3.4 for IPv6 on both TCP and UDP (delay, etc.). I can't provide You with full information, but have a look at ports/net and ports/sysutils (less, but still possible). Also check ports/benchmarks (obviously). If You want to b quick, try pre-packaged software (on CD, or download from www.freebsd.org).
