Actually, rel_eng_2.1.5 is the 2.1.5-RELEASE.
"-STABLE" is rel_eng_2.1.0. Which has had a minor update or two since
the 2.1.5 re-release.
Confusing? I think so. Hopefully the "powers that be" will realize that
there is a better name than rel_eng_2.2.0 to represent the family of
2.2 releases.
