Time to buy a new disk and rebuild your system, then restore from backups or copy what you can from the old disk (and hope you haven't lost too much). If the disk is still in warranty you should be able to get a free replacement from the manufacturer, but you'll want to copy whatever you can from the old disk first, since you won't get it back.
