Because it's not something you should need to learn by rote, but rather in a
general way. (ie, how do you install ports?  cd /usr/ports/category/name &&
make install).

This should be handled in the ports section of the handbook.

Maybe with the new cookbook ideas it'll be repeated in specific cases.
