If I'm reading you right, you have it organized like so:

IDE Primary:  420MB
   Win95:   420MB

IDE Slave:  2,500MB
   WinNT:     1,500MB
   FreeBSD:   1,000MB

I don't think BootEasy likes NT partitions.  Try installing the OS-BS boot
manager in the tools/ directory on the CD or FTP site.

It's there, but it's not a filesystem type that Windows understands.  If
you look using FDISK it should be there.
