Subject:   Reliable way to clear kernel fs caches?

I'm experimenting with some performance-related changes to FreeBSD
4.0-CURRENT.  Is there some existing nice reliable call that flushes both
the buffer cache and name cache (and any other interesting cache) so I can
measure performance on initial reads from disk?
