I suppose the answer is "with a lot of work".  FreeBSD has support for
X.25 and OSI somewhere, but it died for lack of love, and will need
resuscitating.  Unless you're prepared to expend a significant amount
of effort or money, you're probably better off with a different
platform.

Does Indonesia still use a lot of X.25?
