sorry if this comes through twice - i don't think it made it the first
time:

hello,

has anyone been able to install freebsd on a toshiba portege 3440ct?
it boots nicely from 4.2-Release kern.flp, mfsroot loads, then the hardware
detection stuff scrolls along, but it locks up shortly after sio1 with
all sorts of messages about unknown hardware. if it's not a lost
cause, i'll try to manually grab all the dmesg-like output and send it
up.

thanks,

-jon
