I am installing 3.0 on a system that has been running on 2.2.1. When it =
boots from the 3.0 floppy created from the cdrom boot.flp and goes into =
UserConfig, there is no INTERRUPT or PORT ADDRESS shown for my 1542B =
Adaptec SCSI.
I have rebooted it from the 2.2.1 floppy and the SCSI shows up ok. I =
have down loaded a copy of boot.flp from ftp.freebsd.org and had the =
same results. I also downloaded a copy of boot.flp for 2.2.8 to try it. =
The 2.2.8 boot floppy also found the 1542 controller.
Thank you in advance for any assistance that can be provided.
