My gott, how the hell did you run out of i-nodes :p

Now, to the real content of this message.  You can't really increase the
number of i-nodes a filesystem has.  The only thing I can think of as a
viable alternative is to back the filesystem up, find a larger disk
and/or slice to put it on, format the new filesystem, and restore.
