Synopsis: fix port: cad/pcb

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: kris
State-Changed-When: Wed Sep 18 16:29:39 PDT 2002
State-Changed-Why:
I fixed this in a different way, by removing the bogus
dependency on texi2html since this binary is already in
the teTeX port, and it is a version that supports the
-glossary command, so we do not have to reduce functionality.
