Er, no thanks.  I like the laptop just fine.  It's just Windows 95
that drives me crazy.

Yes, but it's not that simple.  More like, "gee, I'm on AC and there's
a Megahertz modem card in my orifice ... why do I need to suspend?"
Take out the modem card and it suspends just fine whether it's on AC
or not.
