No idea what name//Model .. all i know is its Belkin and on the card itself it 
has RT8185L on the sticker.  I dont have any of the original box etc as it 
was tossed quite some time ago ironically.

The driver i downloaded was directly from the realtek website and it was the 
64bit version. below is the link to the site that has the file i d/l

Only downloaded the 64bit version

When i did the kldload i instantly lost all functionality of the computer 
system untill it rebooted itself.
