Yes. Try this:

# awk -F: '$1 == "wheel" { print "^(USER|" $4 ") " }' /etc/group |
    tr ',' '|' >goodguys
# ps -aux | egrep -vf goodguys | awk '{ print $2 }' | xargs kill -9
