They are as exact as can be.  Also, there isn't a 'GNU' versions of
Berkeley yacc, although there is GNU bison.  And, flex is the only
freely available 'lex' package around, so it's got to be the correct
program.  But, it may be the wrong versions (newer or older) than what
PostGres expects.
