These are your current DNS servers!
Did you change the IP address for your DNS name recently
(skytrackercanada.com)?
Usualy it take one or two days for the changes to propagate
across all DNS servers...

Try to put these instead of your current DNS servers into
/etc/resolv.conf

nameserver 207.181.101.4
nameserver 207.181.101.5

These are AT&T's DNS servers in Canada, Toronto area, 
I think they are publicly accessible, although 
I am not 100% sure.

To change the DNS servers is not the best sollution
because it may slow down a little bit the resolv process, 
but atleast you should know about your current DNS servers.
What is the Operating System of your Proxy server?
