good to hear ... sorry i'm a bit late, but here is a good resource fpr all 
those faced with a future problem, try here for case studies and business case 
information regarding the short commings of microsoft widows nt as compared to 
an average unix, noting special, just box stock standard, right out of teh 
box, of off of teh cd .. grin.

the above document has now become a website that lists other resources (it 
mentions freebsd faverourably) to overcome most of ms win nt's 'problems',
