Uh.. still neede by ports. /var/spool/uucp is a well known lock dir.
We have ports that use:

    # define UUCPLOCK "/var/spool/uucp"       /* Lock file directory */

as they should.  This came up already and I thought we had agreed to
leave /var/spool/uucp alone.  Please put it back.
