There's some info on http://www.FreeBSD.org/FAQ/userppp.html and http://www.FreeBSD.org/handbook/userppp.html The most common authentication problem that people have is that they ``enable'' pap or chap. This makes ppp demand that the peer authenticates themselves. For normal client-type connections, you just need to ``set authname'' and ``set authkey''. > Thank you. > > /Ulf A. > > -- > Ulf Andersson E-mail: Ulf.Andersson@Axis.com > Axis Communications AB Tel: +46 46 270 17 34 > S - 223 70 LUND Fax: +46 46 13 61 30 > SWEDEN WWW: http://www.axis.com -- Brian <brian@Awfulhak.org> <brian@FreeBSD.org> <brian@OpenBSD.org> <http://www.Awfulhak.org> Don't _EVER_ lose your sense of humour !
